Get Sovrnti Max

See which products stay most capable once every sovereign control is enforced. In Claude.ai and supported clients you also get an interactive view. It is the sovereign counterpart to the Capability Index. Same market, same bars, opposite question: the Capability Index ranks products by their published Innovation at face value, with no control applied; Sovrnti Max ranks them by the Innovation that survives with every control on. Read the two together and the gap between them is what sovereignty costs you. The country matters more here than anywhere else in the API. It doesn’t filter the list — it selects which sovereign configuration the scores are resolved under. The same market viewed through France and through the global view can give different answers, and that is the point.

off — the published scores, exactly what the Snapshot and the Capability Index report.
on — the same scores re-resolved with every control of sovereignConfig engaged. This is what Sovrnti Max ranks and draws.
delta — how far the product moved between the two.

Render it as a bar chart sorted by on.i descending, or a ranked list.

A product whose on equals its off — delta: 0 — is one that no control in this configuration touches. That is a real result, not missing data, and it ranks normally on its unchanged score. sovereignConfig: null means no configuration covers the requested country yet, so nothing moves anywhere; the market still exists and every product still ranks.

insufficient-credits — wallet empty. Top up in your organization’s billing page.
Every product shows delta: 0 — not a bug. Either no sovereign configuration covers your country (check sovereignConfig), or no control in it affects these products.
