# For builders

> Read what Sovrnti holds on your product and send corrections, evidence and missing features, from your own AI client.

If you build a product Sovrnti covers, you can read what we hold on it and send corrections, evidence and missing features, from your own AI client. Access is personal and verified by hand. This section explains the contract, the three tools, and what stays out of reach.

## Who this is for

Anyone who works on a product Sovrnti scores and knows something we have wrong. We don't take vendor briefings. We take corrections.

Your role at the company is recorded with every submission, so a product manager and a chief product officer are read as such. Nothing is gated on it.

## How to get access

Access is personal, not corporate. You claim with your work email and a LinkedIn profile, we check by hand, and we send an invite to that address. Once you are in, connect the Sovrnti MCP from Claude, ChatGPT or any client that speaks MCP, and the builder tools appear.

## What we promise, and what we don't

A person reads every submission. There is no service level and no obligation to act. Four statuses, and they mean exactly what they say: received, reviewed, incorporated, not incorporated. "Incorporated" means the fact landed in our graph. It never means a score moved. We re-score under our own method, on our own clock.

| Status             | Means                                                         |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `received`         | We have it. A person will read it.                            |
| `reviewed`         | Read, and on its way into the graph.                          |
| `incorporated`     | The fact is in the graph. Scores are re-assessed separately.  |
| `not-incorporated` | Read, and not landed. This is not a verdict on who was right. |

Call them in that order. The first tells you what is worth sending.

## What you cannot see, and why

What we keep to ourselves: the anchors that define each level, the weights, and the criteria behind each control aspect. You correct the facts. We own the scoring. That is what keeps the scores worth reading.

You also cannot see another company's subtree. Every builder tool is scoped to your own vendor, and a name that resolves outside it is refused.
